Family-owned building firm Bugler Developments has been chosen to provide new homes in the regeneration of Chichester Court in Harrow.
The development, located just off Honeypot Lane, is found around ten minutes away from Queensbury tube station.
Bugler Developments was selected by Harrow Council to deliver the project that will provide new homes, which will help towards the borough’s housing target.
David Culliton, head of pre-construction at Bugler Developments, said the company was “delighted to have been appointed as preferred contractor” for the project, and that it will “provide much needed housing to the area.”
He added: “The works comprise the demolition of existing garages and storage units on site and construction of 20 additional dwelling houses and six flats.
“After 22 years of working in Harrow for various housing association clients, this is our first project with the council. The contract will be a high profile one for the whole project team as it is one of the first sites that comprise the authority's return to residential construction.
“We look forward to a successful scheme with Chichester Court and developing an ongoing, mutually advantageous relationship with the borough into the future.”
